- Plyo Ball Work (Position / Catcher / Pithers Are Separated)
- Infielders/Outfielders (2 Sets of 10 Ea.)
- Gather Throws Natural Slot
- Backhand Plant n’ Throws (Overhand slot, power through the throw)
- Front Hand Set n’ Throws (Sequence the body to the target)
- Janitor Throws (Crow Hop or Prep Step then let it rip)
- Catchers (2 Sets of 10 Ea., Shin Guards On)
- Knee Down Throwdown
- Frame Work w/Ryan (Brody knows the series)
- Pitchers (2 Sets of 8 Ea.)
- Reverse Throws
- Pivot Pickoffs

Hitters
- Tee Work – Outside Corner Letter High
- Front Toss – Focus Outside; Drive to Right Center Field
- Machine – Focusing again Outside MAKE ADJUSTMENTS AND COMPETE
- Machine 2 – Slider Machine Outside COMPETE WITH IT; DRIVE IT INTO 1B DUGOUT THEN WORK TO RF
